By celebrating its 11th edition, TEXMED Tunisia has chosen to focus on performance, creativity and know-how of Tunisian Textile and Clothing companies through the TEXMED Awards ceremony which will be dedicated to award the most noteworthy exhibiting companies.

Presentation
The participation is open to any Tunisian company of the textile and clothing sector exhibiting at the 11th edition of TEXMED Tunisia 2010.

The Procedure
Each participant can be a candidate in only one category of awards among the five planned and specified below.
The jury of well-known professionals in the textiles and clothing field analyzes the different applications and pre-select three companies per category award. A meeting with the jury will then take place to discuss and vote by an absolute majority the winner for each category.

The Awards:
1. “Export Performances Award”:  awarding the company that achieved the best export performance during 2007, 2008 and 2009 with an achievement of the highest average annual export growth rate. Only companies with at least an annual 1MTND export turnover and exporting at least to three markets during the mentioned three years are eligible to this award.
2. “Best Stand Award”: awarding the company that booked a bare space and made a significant effort to decorate, to design and to customize its booth at the 2010 edition.
3. “Certification Award”: awarding the company which has the highest number of certifications. In the case of equal results, only seniority in terms of certifications will be considered.
4. “Creativity Award”: awarding the company which has a creative, original collection of finished products and participating in the fashion show.
5. “TEXMED Loyalty Award”:  awarding the most loyal exhibiting company in Texmed since its creation in 1997.

Results:
Results will be announced at TEXMED awards evening, Thursday, June 17, 2010 during which each winner will receive a trophy bearing the title of the category prize. Upon receipt of each award, a small presentation of the winning company as well as a speech will be accorded to the Managing Director.
